For each trivia question, you're awarded points based on how quickly you answer the question. The number of points awarded for each question is the time remaining to answer the question -- if you answer a question with 10 seconds left on the clock, you win 10 points; if you answer with 5 seconds remaining, you win 5 points and so on.
